•  All services will be allotted an extra 30 minutes of time to allow for additional sanitation protocols. This will also make sure clients aren’t crossing paths.
• We will be transitioning to online forms, therefore eliminating the need for contact with paper and pens.
• We will be sending out an online Covid-19 questionnaire via text or email to be filled out and signed before all appointments.
• All clients will be asked to wait in their vehicles prior to appointments and to call or text us upon arrival. We will let you know when we are ready for you to come inside.
• There will be limited to no use of the reception area.
• All service providers will be wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment. This includes face masks, goggles, face shields, disposable surgical gowns, and gloves during all services.

 We understand that many of these new regulations may not be convenient for you, but this is what must be done in order to have a safe reopening. Due to the PPE required and the precautions, we will be following, hugging and extensive conversations will not be permitted.

At this time, we would also like to inform you all of our new Safety Handling Protection Fee of $5.00 per appointment for packages and non Spa Members. This is to partially cover the extra cost of the Personal Protective Equipment that will be needed per appointment per client.

We hope that you can understand that this is necessary in order to provide the safest treatments to you all.Covid-19 is still a very fluid situation and we are diligently following all of Governor Baker’s orders. We are optimistic that Massachusetts, as well as the entire United States, will get through this trying time.
